Mabura 40mg Injection contains the active constituent adalimumab. It is used to treat rheumatoid arthritis, polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis, enthesitis-related arthritis, and plaque psoriasis. It is also used to treat Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, non-infectious uveitis, hidradenitis suppurativa, and axial spondylarthritis without radiographic evidence of ankylosing spondylitis. Mabura adalimumab specifically binds to TNF-alpha (tumor necrosis factor, a protein present at increased levels in inflammatory diseases), block its interaction with TNF receptors and decreases the process of inflammation in these diseases.

Hylasto S Injection contains Sodium hyaluronate. It is used to relieve knee pain due to osteoarthritis. It is an arthritis-changing drug. It lowers swelling and helps lower signs and protect joints from more harm. It helps swelling.

Adult- SC- The recommended dose is 50 mg weekly; twice weekly in plaque psoriasis. 0.8 mgkgweek in children. It is administered as an injection just under the skin by a healthcare provider.
