Uses:
Palboheal 125 (Palbociclib 125mg) capsule is prescribed in combination with other medicines, such as letrozole or fulvestrant, for the treatment of hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative advanced or metastatic breast cancer in adults.

Mechanism of Action:
Palbociclib works by inhibiting CDK4 and CDK6, proteins involved in cell division. By blocking these proteins, palbociclib slows down the growth and spread of cancer cells.
